18\/02\/22 – Scaffold down…houses nowhere near being finished and at this point, one month late.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The balcony has not been constructed yet. I wonder why? It raises the question, “why take the scaffold down before addressing the developing balcony\/decking issues?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
