18/02/22 – Scaffold down…houses nowhere near being finished and at this point, one month late.

The balcony has not been constructed yet. I wonder why? It raises the question, “why take the scaffold down before addressing the developing balcony/decking issues?”

NOW…just where have I seen this green plastic before? hmmmm
